NSPPD DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY
The Topic for Today 31st March 2023 Is: Pass a Decree
Focal Scripture: Psalm 18: 48
“He delivereth me from mine enemies: yea, thou liftest me up above those that rise up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.”
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
In our Focal Scripture, David declared that God had delivered him from the violent man (Saul). Notice that after several conquests and encounters between David and Saul, David asked God to judge between him and Saul (see 1 Samuel 24). David demanded that heaven must avenge him and judge between him and Saul. David made a call for heaven to avenge for him. He made a call for God’s judgement to be executed in his favour.
Friend, as the first quarter of 2023 comes to an end, pass a decree against every unresolved battle that is against you. Pass a decree against the efforts of men that want to pull you down. Pass a decree against those who have sworn to make your life miserable. Call on God to avenge for you against the wicked men that have chosen to make life difficult for you. Call on God to stretch forth His sword against the neck of those that seek your life.
David called for God to avenge for him; he called for God to judge between him and Saul; he called for God to deliver him out of the hands of Saul, and God answered him in full. What David said to God was what God did for David. It’s time to call on God to avenge for you against every adversary that has arisen against you. It’s time to ask heaven to throw stones from heaven against those who are hurling stones against your destiny.
Notice that in subsequent scriptures, Saul faced a battle against the Philistines, and that battle swallowed him and his sons. He kept chasing David, and God gave him a battle that swallowed him. Hear me as I hear the Lord: for every stubborn pursuer that has vowed to make you unsettled, let heaven raise battles for them that will keep them busy until they go down. May God send your enemies battles that will swallow them for good.
This is not that year where you will fight every battle that comes your way. Raise a war cry in the realm of the spirit. Command the judgement of the Lord against your adversaries. Command God’s vengeance against every troubler of your destiny.
